If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Description of Service
everyclik is a social media management platform that provides tools for content creation, scheduling, publishing, and analytics across multiple social media platforms. The Service includes AI-powered features for content generation, brand voice analysis, post optimization, and performance tracking. Features may vary based on your subscription plan and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.
5. Third-Party Platform Integration
The Service allows you to connect and manage your accounts on Third-Party Platforms. By connecting your Third-Party Platform accounts, you authorize everyclik to access, retrieve, and publish content on your behalf in accordance with the permissions you grant. You acknowledge that your use of Third-Party Platforms is also subject to their respective terms of service and policies. everyclik is not responsible for the actions, policies, or practices of any Third-Party Platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to Third-Party Platforms, as their APIs and features may change without notice.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of all Content you create or upload through the Service. By using the Service, you grant everyclik a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, display, and transmit your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete your Content or close your account, except for Content that has already been published to Third-Party Platforms. You are solely responsible for the Content you create and publish. You agree not to use the Service to create, store, or distribute Content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harmful, or otherwise objectionable.
7. AI-Generated Content
The Service includes AI-powered features that can generate, suggest, or modify content. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may require review and editing before publication. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before it is published. everyclik does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected or inaccurate results.
8. Subscription and Payment
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we change the pricing of your current plan, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new pricing takes effect. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVERYCLIK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVERYCLIK AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless everyclik and its parent company, Paws on Grass LLC, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of account termination. After that period, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
