1.3 Information from Third-Party Platforms
When you connect your social media accounts (such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, or X), we receive information from those platforms in accordance with your authorization. This may include your profile information (name, username, profile picture), post and content data, follower and engagement metrics, and account access tokens. We only access data that you have authorized and that is necessary to provide the Service. We do not access your private messages on Third-Party Platforms.

We use the information we collect to: provide, operate, and maintain the Service; create and manage your account; process your subscription payments; publish, schedule, and manage content on your connected social media accounts; provide AI-powered content suggestions and brand voice analysis; generate analytics and performance reports for your social media activity; communicate with you about the Service, including updates, support, and promotional messages; improve and develop new features for the Service; detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats; and comply with legal obligations.
3. AI and Content Processing
everyclik uses artificial intelligence to provide features such as content generation, brand voice analysis, post optimization, and performance predictions. When you use these features, your content and brand data may be processed by our AI systems. We use your data to provide personalized AI features specific to your account. We do not use your content to train general-purpose AI models that would benefit other users. Your brand voice profiles, content, and analytics data remain associated with your account and are not shared across accounts. You can delete your AI-processed data at any time by deleting your content or closing your account.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances: with Third-Party Platforms when you authorize us to publish content or retrieve data on your behalf; with service providers who assist us in operating the Service (hosting, payment processing, analytics, email delivery), under contractual obligations to protect your data; with professional advisors (lawyers, accountants, auditors) as necessary for business operations; in response to legal process or government requests when required by law; in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case your data would remain subject to this Privacy Policy; and in aggregated or anonymized form that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

Published content that has been posted to Third-Party Platforms is governed by those platforms' retention policies and is outside our control after publication.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Service. Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States, where our servers and service providers are located. These countries may have different data protection laws.
